EuRail magazine publishes interview with DCA transport team

DCA’s Technical Director, Rob Bassil, and Transport Sector Manager, Paul Rutter, were recently interviewed by EuRail Magazine about DCA’s role in helping to shape the interior design of Hitachi’s new Class 800/801 intercity express train.

In the resulting article, we identify key interior design features, explain how these were inspired and how our Visual Brand Language was used at the outset of the project to identify particular visual cues and themes. We also describe the crucial role played by the full-scale mock-up designed and constructed by DCA in the development and acceptance of the new passenger and driver interiors.
