A second edition for DCA's Dr Dan Jenkins' Human Factors Methods Book
Following the success of the first edition, DCA’s research skill leader, Dr Dan Jenkins, has released a second edition of his co-authored Human Factors Methods Book.
This second edition of ‘Human Factors Methods: A Practical Guide for Engineering and Design’ now presents descriptions of 107 design and evaluation methods. The book has been carefully designed to act as an ergonomics methods manual, aiding both students and practitioners. Offering a ‘how-to’ text on a substantial range of ergonomics methods that can be used throughout the design and evaluation of products and systems, it is a comprehensive point of reference for all these methods.
The book has already received excellent reviews from some of the greatest thinkers in human factors. “An indispensable resource written by internationally-known experts, this text is the tool that human factors engineers and designers must have to practice their profession - an instant classic.” Peter Hancock, University of Central Florida, USA.
The book will be available in August.
