Rail Engineer magazine views Class 800/801 test train 2 at North Pole

Rail Engineer reported in their January edition on their visit to Hitachi’s North Pole facility. This facility will be used to look after the Great Western fleet of Class 800/801 trains, along with depots at Swansea and Stoke Gifford.

Test train 2, code named T2, was in the depot at the time and Rail Engineer took the opportunity to view the train interiors designed by DCA.
